03 Mar Savvy Strategy
What can I say about online Software development outsourcing other than the fact that it is totally revolutionized my business and allowed me to become more productive than ever before. You see, once upon a time I was in the camp that was against it with sourcing. I thought that it was destructive to morale and that it wouldn’t actually benefit the company. To be honest, I don’t know how I could have ever been so naive and believe those myths about Outsourcing. It is not destructive tomorrow if you use Outsourcing in a reasonable way. In fact, it increases productivity and often, if you are Outsourcing things which have proved to be issues or annoyances for your her employees, Outsourcing, if strategically used, can be incredibly positive for morale around the office. That’s my experience with Outsourcing at least. See, I had a manager who used Outsourcing in a very wise way and it taught me a lot of things. Basically, it’s just a full on solution to inefficiency. By removing the inefficient and getting it done in an efficient manner if it allows all of the rest of the aspects of the business to begin to flow in a more efficient way. It sounds complicated, but it’s pretty simple, and it’s something that I absolutely recommend. For example, my small business does not need more than one software engineer on staff, and when he gets overwhelmed, I simply outsourced the things that are too much for him. In fact, I’ve started that Outsource entire elements of his job, which allowed him to perform other elements and extra elements at a very high level. Call me Savvy, or call me an opportunity, but what I see is an ability to maximize profits and increase my level of success. I don’t think that’s a bad thing comment as a matter of fact I think it’s exactly what we should all be striving for a business, and it is something that I found through Outsourcing.
